OROGOLD Philippines is pleased to offer our customer’s warranty on our devices, please be sure to refer to your product packaging on the warranty details for your device. If your device ever has any manufacturing or workmanship defects, we will replace it. We want our customers to feel ensured that they have purchased the best and most effective products available in the beauty technology industry. All products must be registered in order for the warranty to apply. The registration form can be found below.

What does the warranty not cover?

It will not cover wear and tear instances, such as the OROGOLD lettering and logo rubbing off due to normal wear. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or misuse of the product. We reserve the right to refuse warranty replacement if such is the case.

How do I get my warranty replacement?

Complete the form below to register for your warranty. Defective devices may returned to the nearest OROGOLD Philippines location or via mail.

Is the warranty replacement really free? Do I have to pay anything?

Your replacement product is absolutely free. Your out of pocket expense includes the cost of shipping and handling fee:

  • 150PHP (shipping and handling fee when shipped within the Philippines)

Shipping and handling fees can be paid by cash, credit card, money order, or cashier’s check. For credit card payments, please simply note “payment by credit card” and a representative will contact you by telephone to arrange for payment. Please note that personal checks are not accepted and we cannot send replacements to P.O. boxes.

Potential duties and taxes resulting from an international shipment are the customer’s responsibility.
